Explainations for components we bought ourselves¶
Iduino vibration motor¶
During our 2nd sprint review, the client asked us if the device provides haptic feedback to any actions taken such as when pressing a button. They also told us this was an important feature for them. Thus we put a priority on this feature. After looking around a bit (you can read about it here), I settled on the Iduino vibration motor, which would fit underneath our ESP32 development board and would be easy and quick to install.
In the end, we did not buy this component. After talking to Joey, he still had a leftover vibration motor that we could use.
