Retrospective Sprint 0 part 1¶

Before we had the lecture about retrospectives during this project, we had made one using Goretro.

We did not know that we had to use another template and tool for the retrospectives so this is how it looks: image to retrospective

Retrospective Sprint 0 part 2¶

After the lecture Joey gave us, we went ahead and did the retrospective using the right tool called Miro. Also, instead of using the 3 W’s method we used the starfish method in order to do the retrospective. This method has 5 questions which we have to answer in order to reflect on ourselves and the team.
